A searing pain shot through Phillipes entire body. Oh no she did not just do that! With extreme concentration he managed to stay upright but unfortunately didn't see the girl running away. He noticed that she was gone and looked around him, seeing her blonde hair running up the alley. He struggled in her direction and pulled out his wand. "Patrificus totalus!" he yelled in anger as a bolt of bright light burst out of the tip of his wand. He kept running after her and sent stunning curses (no pun intended) after her.
He broke out in a cold sweat and realised that he was extremely angry. His face bulged out into a beak and he heard his jacket tear to bare his batlike wings. His feet and hands grew into talons while he was running. "Perfect," he said to himself and placed his wand back in his pocket, or what was left of it. He flapped his wings, propelling himself forward faster while running at his top speed.
((OOC: Wow... This one was hard not to godmod. You'll have to decide if I catch you or not))

Victoire was almost out of the alley when she saw that spells were missing her by inches. she ran faster, then heard an odd sound. she looked back and saw something coming after her. because she had looked back, she did not see the trash can in the middle of the alley and tripped over it, landing on the ground face first. she turned on her back, her nose bleeding from hitting the dirt/stone that the alley was made out of. She tried to get back up but fell down, her shoe lace caught on the trash can itself. 'i'm caught' she thought as she tried to get her shoe lace off of the trash can.

Phillipe reached the girl, sprawled out behind a trash can. She was bleeding from her nose and had a few scratch marks from falling against the trash can. He grabbed her arm with his horrible talons and got ready to apparate before he realised that he couldn't. He couldn't do any magic while he was in this form. He tried to think of a plan while he grabbed the girl with his other hand as well, not wanting her to get away again.
He considered forcing her to apparate to the mansion but realised that she didn't know where it was... He couldn't fly there with his wings because they were too delicate. Not strong enough to carry his own weight, let alone someone else's as well. But he could fly with a broom! He walked over to the broom stand against the wall of the pub where many visitors kept their broomsticks. They were locked in with magical chains but Phillipe knew he could cut through it with his nails. This form was magical after all. He let go of her one arm but surrounded her with his wing, as he tried to get through the chain. It was a struggle, but after a few minutes Phillipe had a broomstick in his hand.

Victoire just let him do what he wanted with her. she gave up fighting...for now, knowing that no matter what she would do, she would be caught. she put her hand up to her nose and felt a sharp pain run through it. 'my nose is broken!' she thought. she could feel the blood running down her face and saw it on her clothes. she wondered what they would do to her since she tried to run.

Phillipe was surprised when the girl stopped struggling. She was completely limp. He puller her onto the broomstick and climbed up behind her. He was pleased that he had finally gotten her. He kicked off and soared into the night sky. He hadn't noticed how long this ordeal has taken. He swirled in a circle above the streets of Paris. "Ombrelune will triumph over you all!" he screeched out of his beak, and sped off towards the South.

Gabrielle regretted drinking these two strawberry cocktails she and Victoire had bought earlier. They were on their last shopping spree before coming back to school after Christmas break. Surprisingly, Avenue de Magie wasn’t full of people that day and the two girls could enjoy going through wracks of brand new clothes without bumping into other shoppers. But Gabrielle couldn’t focus on looking for perfect outfits any longer, she needed to use the bathroom as soon as possible. “Vic, I need to go to toilet. NOW”, she whispered to her friend, looking around to make sure no one heard her. She really wished she had listened to her Veela friend and ordered one cocktail but of course she was too stubborn to admit it now. She smiled apologetically, knowing about the sale that was about to end soon and told Vic to go ahead and buy some kick-ass outfits, promising to catch up with her later. She ran down the street, gracefully omitting people on her way. Finally she reached a restaurant she spotted before and went straight to one of the waiters. “Excuse-moi, do you mind if I use a toilet here?”, she asked, smiling charmingly. The waiter told her that the bathroom is for customers only and offered her a cup of cappuccino which she gladly accepted. She paid for the order and went straight to the toilet. When she came back to the table, the coffee was already waiting for her. She looked at the big clock on the wall, adorned with tiny stars and a shiny moon around it and realized she didn’t take that much time. The brunette witch sat down and took a sip of her cappuccino, enjoying it. After what seemed like half an hour she left the restaurant and set her steps to the shop they were supposed to meet up at. It was already twilight and few places were being closed. She stopped at the doorstep of the shop, looking around with puzzlement. The owner was already turning off the lights, there was no single soul inside. Gabrielle frowned thoughtfully, wondering if she had forgotten or confused something. She wandered around for some time, searching for a familiar blonde head but couldn’t spot it anywhere. Resigned, she sat down on a bench nearby and tried to stay calm. Obviously, she was just overreacting. Nothing wrong could have happened. But her guts were saying something completely different and it took lots of effort to ignore them. Gabrielle didn’t really know what to do. She didn’t want to cause a panic but she couldn’t just let Victoire disappear and leave her like that! If Vic decided to go home without her, Gabrielle would be VERY mad at her. She got up and looked around once more as if her friend would jump out of bushes any minute. She smirked at that thought and started walking down the Avenue de Magie. She decided to ask Martin, Victoire’s boyfriend, if she’d gotten in touch with him. Perhaps they met up for evening rendez-vous?

Lucas woke up in his bed with a buzzing sense hitting him. He knew what it was, the small time tracking spell that he had used so that he could find Nadia easier, and this buzzing sense told him that she was close. 'Avenue de Magie?' he thought to himself. 'what business would she have here?' he didn't spend too much time thinking about it however, since he knew that he better hurry and find her. The hardest part was finding her, since he had absolutely no idea what she even looked like having never seen a picture about her.
Lucas put on his clothes quickly and ran out of his apartment, going down the stairs and out into the street. he started to go to his right, but the buzzing faded so he turned around and went the opposite direction. He saw a young blonde girl running from an alley, scared. he stopped when he saw a lady come up behind her, the buzzing inside of him going nuts. He took the polyjuice potion out of his pocket for this occasion and drank it. he could feel the potion starting to work its magic, his flesh changing. once it was all done, he looked in the window of a store next to him and saw that he was an old man.
Lucas started walking towards the two ladies, hoping that it was Nadia and that he wasn't making the wrong decision on coming clean that he wanted to join her, and then it turning out that it wasn't her. He never got the chance since they suddenly disappeared. Lucas cursed and turned the other direction, the buzzing now almost completely gone. 'so close' he thought and then sat down on a bench. He sat there for an hour until the potion wore off, contemplating on what he should do next. "I need to find her," he said out loud, talking to himself.
Lucas looked in the window that was behind him and saw that he was his normal self again. he fixed his hair and then noticed a girl who looked panicky. He looked at her, and realized that she was probably looking for the blonde girl he had seen earlier. he stood up and made his way over to her slowly, a look of compassion on his face, he had always been told he was a great actor. "excuse me miss, you look lost" he said with his soft British accent. he smiled a soft smile that could make her think that he was safe. he looked into her eyes and knew that he had her. the Legilimency that he had learned starting to seem into her brain, ready for any thoughts that she had. He started to see the blonde girl he had noticed earlier...

After a couple of minutes of walking down the street and back, Gabrielle decided to come back and wait in front of the shop. It was already dark and therefore more and more cold, even the air seemed to be spooky. She leaned against the shop window and closed her eyes, breathing slowly to calm herself down. Oh Merlin knows how much she needed to meditate now. But when she opened her eyes, she wasn’t alone anymore. A young man has just walked towards her and was now expressing his concern about her looking lost. The brunette witch gave him a searching look, afraid of his intentions. He was smiling but Gabrielle knew how often people hide things behind their smiles. She learned that from her ex-boyfriend and a few fake friends.
But this man seemed to be honourable, at least his eyes were. Deep down Gabrielle had never stopped believing good in people and now her positive attitude was taking over. Besides, maybe this man was around for a while and seen Victoire somewhere? She smiled back at him and pointed at the shop.
“I’m not the one who’s lost...” – she murmured with a sigh and looked at the stranger. - “I was supposed to meet up with my friend about an hour ago but she’s still not here. Maybe you’ve seen her around? Tall, blonde, Veela?”

'that's exactly who she's looking for' Lucas thought as he looked at her. "I did in fact see her, but it was an hour ago. right there actually" he said and pointed to the other side of the road. "She was with another lady. a lady that looked...." he looked around and saw a picture of the lady he had seen. It wasn't the best picture, a sideways one but you could just tell who it was. "just like her" he finished, handing her the newspaper. He was glad that he found this picture, confirming that he was going towards the correct person after.
Lucas looked at the girl and put his hand gently on her shoulder, wanting her to think that she could trust him. "Do you need any help? We can scour the town" he asked. "I work at the Ministry. I'm a very trustworthy man. Andrew McFinigan is my name, and you are?" he made up a name, of course not going to tell some little girl his real name. his real name wont be known. it's also nice to know that the ministry police wouldn't tear down his door before he had a chance to get out of there.
