Information about Feature: I don't don't know what your asking.
How does it fit in?:I still don't know, but I'm trying to figure this out. Well I guess it fits because the Veela charm is a given to Gemma and on her application both Apparation and Animagi is a like and I think a strength for her. She is in the process of being a registered Animagus and she will not be using without registration. She is a licensed Apparationist and is a specialty of hers, she has mastered the emotional point of it making her angry and takes great precaution when using this ability.

I will not allow a veela to be an animagus, as a 17 year old you would have taken your apparation licensee. So yes to Veela no to Animagus, if you would have written a reason and explanation on your animagus (what she turns into) and I would have found that it fit I may have let you.

Ability you want: Legilimency and Occlumency; Apparition and Disapparition
Information about Feature: I'm not sure what should I put here? But if it's about the "level" of feature that the character would have, it's all below. If not, let me know and explain, and I'll edit it.
How does it fit in?: When younger, Gabrielle was sensitive to others' moods and liked guessing what they were thinking. It would be perfect if she learned this ability as soon as she could, as she's really wary after heartbreak and detecting others' intentions would be useful. She can't get her heart broken ever again, either because of a boy or a friend. Also, closing her mind from any influences will link with her being in "the untouchables". Gabs is popular and obviously, she needs to keep her thoughts away from others that might know Legilimency. She opens up to people easily, which would be why she controls what she doesn't want to say, that might make her look foolish or vulnerable.
As for Apparition and Disapparition, she wouldn't be overusing it. I have a vision of her being, saying delicately, not exceptionally good at it but good enough to have passed apparition exam. She'd make quite loud popping sounds and have a past of splinching few times.
Other: I hope you can accept both abilities, but just in case you had any objections, I consider Legilimency and Occlumency more important for my character.

at such a young age I think it would be impossible for her to have learned both abilities (legilemancy and occulemancy) so I would be willing to let her apprentice for Occulemancy with a teacher. She would have to learn Legilemancy when she is out of beauxbatons.

and she would have taken the appartation test at 17 so that is fine.

so yes to occulemancy but she has to apprentice it through rp with the teacher of your choice

Information about Feature: Erm. An Aura is able to, with practice, can see a luminous radiation surround a person, which can be manipulated into seeing what moos the other person is in, and with more practice, can, when touching another person, hear their thoughts. They can also manipulate the four elements as they please in vital training.
How does it fit in?: Savannah is a child that has been emotionally damaged by her past. Her father is after both her mother and herself, stopping at nothing to get what he wants. In concern with this ability, Savannah has decided to consume her life with a ability that needs much work and training, trying to take her mind off her outside affairs.
She was very interested in the concept of an Aura, being able to basically connect to another persons emotion and the concept of reading their thoughts.
She wants protections, but her dream is to help people, whether that being through counselling, or through medical work, but allowing to see others emotions and thoughts through a light that radiated them, and touching them, would be able to help the person more than they would allow.
Other: I would consider Savannah to be in training with a professor or a professional, knowing that at such a young age, that she would still be trying to master the actual ability. I thought I would try out for this ability because it would help Savannah in her life as well as job opportunities. If not, that is fine =D.

Name: Phillipe Lefevre
Age: 29
Ability you want: Veela
Information about Feature: Even though male veelas are extremely rare, Phillipe is part of one of the only pure veela families known. He's the cousin of Madeline, the only Veela girl at Beauxbatons.

When he becomes angered, he becomes a male harpy which is one of the most unattractive things in the magical world. His face becomes bony with a large beak. His hands and feet, grow longer to create nail-like talons. He spreads bat-like wings (no feathers) that are leathery and extremely sensitive. They are too delicate to fly him around though, but can create quite a strong wind when flapped vigorously. His entire body becomes skinny and bony to resemble that of an ill bird; definitely not attractive. He can only launch balls of fire from his hands when he is angered beyond any recognition. This level of anger has never happened yet, though.

How does it fit in?: Phillipe is a narcissist by definition. He cares more about himself than anyone else. His parents were both veelas but now they are both dead. When at school, he was worshiped by almost everyone that was interested in men. He became obsessed with looks and shut off anything else that was important or not. He doesn't care about kindness or anything of this sort, he just wants to be the most attractive man, although he almost is. He becomes angry when someone feels that he isn't the most amazing thing in the world, and this triggers his harpy form more than anything else. He takes pride in his work as a writer and when someone comments negatively on this, he will also become an angry monster.

Information about Feature: Lucas' father had taught him how to use Legilimency and Occlumency while he was growing up. He is excellent at Occlumency, having to use this so many times in his life like when he was at school and when he had to sneak back home after sneaking out at night. He Uses Legilimency pretty well, but there is definitely a lot of improvement.
How does it fit in?: Lucas can use this against everyone, since he someday wishes to rule the world. He plans on using it to manipulate everyone, even Nadia, which would be extremely hard he finds.

Name: Caprice Rosa Giovanni
Age: Sixteen
Ability you want: Animagus Transformation
Information about Feature: Caprice' Animagus form would be a small golden-fured spaniel dog. She would have had a fascination with Animagi as soon as she'd learned about them and she'd have worked hard to learn it, even if it's not perfect and she can't always manage the transformation.
How does it fit in?: Caprice has always been talented with transfigurations, her early manifestations of magic power were transfigurative, and so she probably has the talent to do this, and given her love of both animals and the magic this sort of transformation involves she has the drive to put in the hard work and master her transformation. The reason she takes the form of a small dog is the common ground between her personality and the nature of the animal, that is that both are playful, curious, protective and adventurous.

Name: Chromatique Orage Chanceux

Ability you want: Apparation, Patronus [Scottish deerhound] Metamorphmagus
Information about Feature:
Well. The only thing I can really produce information on that isn't just a simple definition copy and pasted is the Patronus. In Chromatique's case, it's a deerhound because one saved his life when he was younger, and so he grew up revering them.
How does it fit in?:

Well, first let me say that my app, and character concept depended on this and I was already accepted. second, Chromatique's back story and even his name are based on this, at least during his childhood years, this was the dominant factor in his life, it's the reason that he was abandoned in a field. an act that lead to him being partially deafened by a nearby lightning strike, and lead to his adoptive parents finding him. I can't imagine he'd do much with Metamorphmagism anyway unless the situation really called for it, probably just messing with his hair color, however, there is justification in that it could be a genetic thing. Chromatique never knew his father. It's entirely possible, and I'll say for argument's sake that he is in fact a Metamorphmagus, and thus it was acquired through genetics being passed down, all be they magical genetics.

Patronus[/u]
As I already said before, a Scottish deerhound saved Chroma's life. His adoptive mother would never have found him if it wasn't for her dog. His mother has made sure he kept that in mind, and so he grew up idolizing dogs, and seeing them as wonderful animals, particularly Scottish deerhounds. He also appreciated such creatures for their strength and speed. This adoration and basically debt of life to the species is what causes Chroma's patronus to be take the form of a Scottish deerhound. As for how he can cast it in the first place. I assume by 7th year he'd have been taught, yes?

To be honest I don't mind if I don't get this one, but I figure he's 17 so I may as well apply, considering he's old enough to have his licence, and that's about all I'm going to say about it. Sorry to be so lazy.

I am going to grant you metamorphagus and apparation but I don't see why he would need to know how to cast a patronus yet since it's not a part of the curriculum in beauxbatons. So yes to Metamorphagus and Apparation!
