Emeric needed a break from classes. He felt overworked. It was lunch and he had the hour to himself. He ventured over to his favorite hang out spot. The fountain of the founders. He wasn't sure why but he had always loved this fountain. He sighed and sat down leaning up against its cold stone walls. He was bored and looked around, not sure what to do with himself.
He pulled out his wand but then changed his mind and set it back in his bag. He was tired. He leaned his head back against the wall of the statue and closed his eyes. It was freezing even inside the glass dome. He pulled his wand back out and made a little fire. The fire was warm and comforting. He closed his eyes again, trying to block out everything around him.

Alexandra enjoyed the peace of the fountain. helped her center her thoughts, and the sound actually seemed to calm her. She saw Emeric in the room also. "Hello Emeric, mind if i join you?" She asked. She was taking a long break from classes and she was feeling alone since she wasn't very good with making new freinds. "i'm alexandra, the new girl in the school" She said with a smile. Then she noticed the fire. "Just be carefull, wouldn't want to burn this place down, it's a place of peace and beauty"

Ermeric heard his name and opened his eyes. He smiled, Sleeping was nice, but pretty girls were a lot more fun. He stiffled a yawn and grinned at the girl. It only crossed his mind for a brief moment that the girl knew his name even though they had never spoken before. He offered her friendly grin, "Nah, i don't mind" he said, "Actually I would really enjoy the company." he said, moving his bag so that she would have room.
He noticed that the girl had a bit of a bubble, bulgding out of her stomach, but decided better than to bring it up. She might just be a bit on the heavy side and it would be rude to ask her about it.
He laughed and nodded at the fire, "don't worry, my first year i almost burnt down a classroom, and since then i've learned my lesson" he waved his hand through the fire, "Its charmed see, it wont catch on anything" he grinned, he liked to show off.
"So your new here, that would explain why i havn't seen you around a ton i guess. If you don't mind me asking, where did you transfer from, and why" he flashed her a warm grin hoping he wasn't intruding on anything too personal.

"england, all the way from scotland." she said " went to hogwarts for a few years untill my parents decided to send me here, and i'd be close to the summer house " She noticed his looking at the bludge in her tummy. "twins... thank you randall my ex boyfreind" she said sitting by the fire. "Feel free to ask, tho. i'm not ashamed" she said smiling. "what the school like? i've only heard things about it"

Em nodded, listening to Alexandra's explanation. "Hogwarts, cool, what house" he asked, his curiosity getting the better of him.
He brought his eyes back to her stomach, "Twins?" he asked, looking shocked, it was hard to imagine someone his age with one child let alone two. "You shouldn't be ashamed" he said. 'had she said ex boxfriend' he thought to himself. "So your single then" he asked. He knew it wasn't really the time or the place but he couldn't help but wonder. "So how far along are you then" he asked. he couldnt help but notice that she was sort of glowing, pregnancy seemed to be doing her justice.
"Its a great school, for the most part people are super friendly and there are tons of classes to take." he grinned, "I could maybe show you around," he added, "if you want"
