The reason Boggarts take this form to scare the girl is that she lives in fear that the Italian Mafia will find her father and have him killed, The family fled to France to avoid this, and have been successful so far, but Caprice realizes her father is marked for life, and that he could be killed at any time, perhaps without her knowing. The trasformation takes the form it does because of Caprice' love of fireworks, and the hilarity of seeing an overweight Italian man river-dancing.
----»» PATRONUS: A small spaniel. Caprice loves dogs, and, as they tend to be playful, impulsive, and yet loyal, friendly, and devoted animals. They fit her personality to a tee. Dogs are also fearsomely protective, as she can be and adventurous creatures. One of the girl's usual activities is wandering, around searching out interesting sights or activities.
----»» MIRROR OF ERISED: Herself and a beautiful girl taking a romantic gondola ride in Venice, they are clearly married as both girls are wearing wedding rings, holding hands and kissing lovingly. Caprice doesn't know the girl she sees in the mirror, and she would probably seem different each time Cappa looks into the mirror. The reason behind this is Caprice' main desires in life are to find love and to be able to return to Italy without fear of death. The reason the girl takes a different form each time is because Caprice hasn't met 'the one' yet and she's really not interested in any particular traits in a person, all she really knows is what she doesn't like.

----»» FEELINGS ON THEIR APPEARANCE: Caprice finds herself to be reasonably attractive. She feels that her most striking natural feature is her eyes, they're emotive, it's not that she cries or anything, but more it's the way they effect her facial expressions as a whole, they're proably the easiest way to determine Caprice's emotions purely by her physical appearance. Caprice agrees that her eyes are very striking, however she feels that her hair is a much more prominent feature, if considerably less emotive. Because she often colors it magically she tends to stand out in the crowd, and even from herself. Moving on from her face Cappa feels that she has a slender, attractive body with decent curves, and that she's of average height. She doesn't have any particularly distinguishing features when it comes to her body apart from her aforementioned curves, but she does find her over-all figure appealing, and says she would happily date herself when it came to looks, although she's not exactly the kind of girl she'd go for.

----»» FULL HISTORY: When Caprice was born her father was a wealthy and prominent member of the Italian mafia, he'd worked his way up from simply performing hits to being the one to call the shots, not the don, but a man of close rank, a local mob-boss of sorts. Her mother married him fully aware of his criminal history, and wasn't bothered by it, her own extended family had Mafia ties. Caprice was most probably conceived on their first anniversary of marriage, and her early life was one of privilege, her family pampered her, and she was all but royalty. Even at school she seemed to receive better treatment then the other students. She didn't know why but as it turned out the school was under mafia threat.
When Caprice was aged nine, her father was marked for death by a paranoid higher-up for a reason still unclear to the girl. The family was forced to flee Italy and travel to France where they wouldn't be pursued by former associates of Caprice' parents. Things in France were very different, Caprice was suddenly a poor nobody, a shock to the system that she really couldn't take well. She went from being the princess to being the peasant girl. The only compensation was that the family had stayed within Europe and in a big city, and so she was at least vaguely in her element.
Caprice' life started to change again as small manifestations of magical power began to show in her life, mostly minor transfigurations, such as changing the colors of things. Her parents saw this as a great gift, although they were sure to encourage her to cover it up as she was already seen as an outcast and her power would only make her more of a 'freak' to the other children. Still when Caprice received her Beaubaxtons letter her parents were ecstatic and sent her happily off to the school.
Caprice time at Beaubaxtons to date has been happy, it's no surprise that she's excellent at transfigurations, and that she's taken naturally to magic life, as a fresh start where she had a new chance to make an impression now that she was used to French culture and the language. As Caprice matured though she developed naturally and harmoniously, discovering her sexuality, of which her parents were supportive after questioning how sincerely she was interested in girls, thinking that she just wanted to be different at first. Carprice has had a few flings and relatively short relationships with the girls at the academy but has never found someone she actually loves dearly.
