----»» RP SAMPLE: Natalie sighed heavily. It was late afternoon, the nastiest time of day. She would be lying if she said she was a night owl. Many a times she woke up at five thirty to get ready for the day. The Gryffindor girls who slept around her hated when she would do this because they would have to hear her rustle around. Then of course she showered in the morning and her singing woke up just about everybody in the castle. This to her was actually a very good thing. Early mornings were good for people, waking up at the crack of dawn caused the body to function. By the time classes started Natalie was wide awake and ready to go. Early mornings were the primary cause for her energy and enthusiasm throughout the day. If she woke up even an hour later her schedule would be messed up and that was a disaster waiting to happen. So many were surprised when they found out she was mentally diagnosed with minor obsessive compulsive disorder. It wasn't anything severe, she wouldn't have to be put away for it (which was an excellent thing). Natalie simply couldn't stand things being out of place. Muggles called her massively anal.
Throughout her childhood she learned to control her urges with music. Music was her escape and would continue to be her escape. Many of her friends at Hogwarts didn't understand her love for music. They found it slightly redundant especially the purebloods. Natalie had a firm opinion on the wizarding world, she felt bad for the purebloods. Many muggle borns would give to be a pureblood, but Natale was very happy just being herself. Being a muggle born was not bad actually she thought it was much better. She was able to have an open minded view of the world around her. She also had music. Without music she wouldn't be herself, Natalie functioned because she had music. Music was her friend and would continue to be her friend throughout the rest of her life. Music to Natalie was like a dog to a little child. A companion, a protector, and a best friend.
The boredom of the day and the love of music is what caused her to explore the castle. She new where she was going but she was going to take her sweet time. She had her sheet music in hand (primarily showtunes). She had a special bag for her many pieces of music her array included songs like: What I Did For Love, Maybe This Time, Don't Rain on My Parade, My Man, and many other pieces. She slowly made her way around the castle. She had a place she wanted to go to in mind she just wanted go the longest route possible to take up as much time as she could. Natalie was in a rather lazy mood today and even though music made her happy it also tired her out as well. She was a performer as well as a singer, she was usually exhausted after singing. Natalie threw her heart and soul into her performances like her life depended on it.
She finally found the place she had in mind. She usually came to this particular Tower when she was bored and lonely. Many didn't know where it was so she could be alone and be able to sing without being bothered. She slowly inched towards the door and pushed open the door even slower. She stepped in, oblivious to the other person in the room, and shut the door behind her. She slowly turned around and jumped at the sight of Frank. "Holy mother you scared me!" She said aghast. After her minor heart attack she laughed and took a seat by Frank. He was a good friend who shared her love of music. The only friend who shared her love of music. It was something special they shared.

----»» BOGGART: Natalie's worst fear is being late for something. Never in her life has she been late or later than ten minutes early. She is quite obsessive compulsive about the time so for her to be late would be unthinkable. She considers being late extremely irresponsible and very unprofessional and gets perturbed when others are late for things.

----»» FEELINGS ON THEIR APPEARANCE: When Natalie looks at herself in the mirror she does not see what others see. She considers herself bland and extremely unattractive. These feelings have much to do with the fact she never had a mother nor anyone tell her she was beautiful when she was a little girl or a teenager. Truly she is a very beautiful woman with platinum blonde locks and strikingly gorgeous icy blue eyes.

----»» FULL HISTORY:
Born in Oxford, England Natalie Colleen Montague was the light of the parents' world. Even though her origin is England she considers France her home through and through considering her parents moved there when she was a little girl. Natalie was the spitting image of her mother, a famous French dancer, and had the personality of her father.
As a young girl her parents described her as extremely curious. She often banged on the piano and played with their wands out of pure curiosity. Her mother and father did not disregard this at all but invited it. During her infancy and early toddler years her parents often had her listen to classical music; they wanted their daughter to be extremely well rounded and cultured. Once she reached the age of six they had her take piano lessons. Nat learned many things from playing, other than music, it was an experience she has considered enforcing on her children. From the piano she learned discipline. That was hardly a problem for even at a young age she was obsessive compulsive. She learned expression through music which was possibly the greatest lesson she got from playing. Whenever she feeling a wave of a strong emotion she often plays to get her strong feelings out without hurting anyone.
When Natalie was merely seven years of age her mother got into a car accident and lost the use of her legs. She was no longer able to dance. This drove her mother into a fit of depression. Just when the family thought Ellen had pulled out of her anger she took her own life. Natalie recalled sitting in her room playing with her dolls when her mother came in. She asked her mother if she would play with her and her mom told her she would a little later. After an hour or so of watching Natalie's mother told her to go play with the little girl next door. Within the next hour her mother had overdosed on her anti depressants and was dead. Natalie had asked her father where her mother had gone, there was no easy answer.
The rest of her childhood was a big giant blur to Natalie. Her father did the best he could with raising her but it was extremely hard for him and for herself. When she got her acceptance letter to Beauxbatoms she had a feeling it would be good for both her and her father. Natalie was slightly outcast because she was very silent and hardly ever spoke. She was brilliant but very quiet. Eventually in her fifth year she became anorexic and nearly died. Her father had sat her down and told her that her mother would have turned over in her grave. It took her a while but by graduation she no longer had the eating disorder. She was in the top percentile of her class.
After graduation Natalie received voice training. She had a spectacular voice which gave her new found self esteem. Her voice created the woman many know and love today. Singing gave her joy and she soon buried the burden of her mother's death. She became happier little by little and eventually couldn't stand thinking of sad things. She was completely changed by music. She compared her epiphany to that of a phoenix, she no longer thought of herself as the anorexic, insecure young woman she was before but as someone caring and empathetic. Soon she began to bottle up her old personality (which wasn't necessarily a good thing either). Losing base with old self did not stop her from having nightmares or from feeling lonely and even insecure at times. Although feeling as if she lost the old personality it still peaks through every once in a while, fighting to break through.
After her extensive training she went on to Beauxbatoms and applied for a teaching position as the voice instructor. The Headmaster had been impressed with her training and her ability to teach.
