Zacharie's eyes wandered from high atop the cliff down to the waters crashing violently into the rocky shore atop which he stood. The drop was sheer and dangerous. A fair way down. Those eyes wandered back toward the sky. sun rise. Zacharie had taken this vacation with no intention of sleeping. Just the opposite really. He was normally so tired from work he never had a chance to enjoy his free time, even if his some activities during that time mirrored at least the motivation that his work followed. This did not though. This was simply for the sake of his own entertainment, getting back to nature, feeling it's forces. Living as the care-free animal that man was meant to be.
His eyes broke from the rising sun and his feet left the edge of the cliff. His body plummeted toward the waves and he awaited the crash. Finally there it came and he was rushing through cold, salty water. It felt like he was sinking for hours, and yet only seconds as he gave powerful stroke, and another. Finally he emerged, and gave a deep breath. This was what nature was all about. The freedom to make such rash decisions, the range of amazing sensations that could befall your body. Zacharie loved it.

Bill was an emotional wreck after finding out about Victoire. He couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, never talked. The only thing he would manage to do was hold Fleur's hand, or put his hand on her shoulder. That was how he would comfort her, not doing much because he didn't feel much lately. Bill stared at his ceiling, knowing it was early in the morning. 'I need a break' he whispered to himself and got out of bed quietly, he didn't want to wake Fleur since she was actually sleeping for once, she also had problems sleeping. He got dressed into jeans and a tshirt before putting his wand in his boots and walking out the door.
Bill decided to go to the cliffs, a place he always goes when he needs to think. The cliffs reminded him about the dangers of life, but the beauty reminded him of all the good. He was almost there when he saw a familiar man, though he couldn't put his finger on the name, when suddenly he jumped off of the cliff. He ran to the edge just as he came to the top of the water. That's when he realized who it was. "ZACHERIE! WHAT THE DEVIL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?" he yelled, laughing a bit inside.

Zacharie smiled, floating on his back. He would enjoy the moments like this. Floating out in the water gave him this light-hearted feeling he'd seldom experienced in any other way. Perhaps flying on the back of a Thestral, but then that was an activity he wouldn't often indulge himself in as the beasts were seldom willing to carry riders, and Zacharie wasn't the kind to force it as Muggles had done with more mundane equine creatures. Zacharie was better then that, more respectful of nature.
Bill Weasley. The red-head, an older man then Zacharie called from atop the cliff, his voice peppered with what could be confusion or perhaps concern. Zacharie could barely hear him over the breaking waves around him and he doubted that Bill's understanding of him would be too much better. Zacharie, clad in nothing more then his tight-fitting board shorts swam to the shore and climbed the inclining hill's natural stairs toward the cliff. It's simple, Bill. I'm enjoying nature! He called.

Bill shook his head at his young friend (close friends?) and looked over the cliff. "You're bloody nuts!" he told him and laughed. "How was it?" Bill looked over the water, looking at the sunrise. His face had changed from a bit smiley to about to cry. Thinking about his Victoire tortured him. He knew that if there was one scratch on her when he found her, he would murder the kidnapper nice and slow.
Bill shook his head, noticing that he had been quiet. He looked at Zacherie and thought that maybe he could use his help somehow. "I need help. I need to....I need to find my daughter, and I can't do it alone," he told him, then walking closer. "Will you help me?"

Zacharie gazed reverently out into the sky and the waves focused in on the horizon. He remembered coming here with Ethan and Adele long ago, when they first called themselves a family. Zacharie was a lone wolf, usually but now that he'd met Ethan things were different, now that he was a father he needed to be there for his adoptive daughter, it was just a must, and if he hadn't been ready for that must he wouldn't have adopted her. He knew his family would be along soon. They were slumbering not far back in the cabin that Zach had rented for them. Safe and happy.
What Bill said next caught Zacharie completely unaware, he didn't expect it and he didn't know how to react to it. One of the Weasley girls was missing? But who would have been so heartless as to pluck an innocent girl from her family, a nice young girl like Victoire or Dominique. Of course I'll help old friend...But when, who? Zach choked out, unsure of exactly what to say.

Bill stood up and shook his head, not wanting anyone to see how he felt since he didn't want people to think that he is weak. he took a couple of deep breaths before finally looking at him. "Someone took Victoire.. and I don't know who.." he said. he looked back at the water, thinking about who would take her. who would dislike the family so much that they would kidnap his daughter.

Who would kidnap Victoire? She was a fairly lovely girl from what Zacharie knew, and any enemies she did have were just schoolyard foes, nothing serious. Who would possibly kidnap a nice girl from such a kind family? The idea of it was incomprehensible to Zacharie, but at the same time it spoke to him, this is what the 'mighty' human race was truly like. Zacharie's heart boiled with a rage that couldn't quite contain, his fist Clenched and his hand began to shake, but still he tried to look and sound calm. Of course I'll help you, Just give me a moment to calm down and we'll try to figure things out. With that, Zacharie dived from the cliff again with a yell of anguish directed toward the entire human race.

Bill laughed slightly as he watch Zach jump off of the cliff when he realized that it was getting late. he summoned a quill and paper and wrote a note saying that he had to go and to owl him if he found anything or had any ideas.
Bill ran to back to the house and saw movement inside before walking in. he sighed and put on a happy face for his family, knowing that he needed to be strong for them.
