A place to plan plots?

Hey, so I was wondering if a you could create something like a Character Plaza, sort of like a place where everyone could finish up developing their character(s), with Relationship Charts, Sign Ups, and so. And a place to plan plots would be nice too.

I know the site is new so forgive if I'm asking and you we're already thinking of doing such thing. xD I just think it would come handy when creating plots, finding roomies, friends, enemies and such. ^^
